First lets start with What is Eczema?
According to the National Eczema Association, Eczema is an itchy, red rash that can appear all over the body. The rash can be different from time to time and can be mild, moderate, or severe. The itching can be so bad that you scratch the skin until it bleeds, which actually makes the break out worse. Many people have it on their elbows or behind their knees. Babies often have it on their face, but can also have it on the scalp, body, and arms and legs. Children and adults tend to have it on their neck, wrists, ankles, and areas of the body that bend, like the inside of their elbows or knees. Many people are diagnosed with Eczema when they are babies and children and most people's symptoms because less severe when they become adults.
